Walk-thru description

Boarding the Marlow 61C can be done from side gates located both port and starboard or from the swim platform and stern gate.  She also offers 4 points of entry into the interior.  Side entry doors on either side of the pilothouse, a door leading from the bridge into the pilothouse, or the "main" entrance of watertight double doors into the salon from the protected aft deck.  There are high bulwarks around the entire decks.

The main salon is expansive and has an L-shaped built-in sectional style sofa with a custom teak table along the starboard side. Each cushion on the built in seating lifts (with stainless steel gas strut assistance) to provide extra storage.  There are built-in cabinets and the main entertainment center forward and to center in the salon. The large watertight windows give you great visibility to the outside. They are tinted and have wooden blinds to provide privacy during the day and night.

On the port side, there are built-in cabinets aft on the port side and a bar area forward with a sink, refrigerator, and bottle and glass storage.

Going forward and up three steps on the port side you will find the pilot house with a lower helm forward and the galley on the starboard side. The main electrical panels and the dinette are on the port side that seats 6. A chart drawer is located under the dinette platform.  All forward and side windows are watertight dual layer tempered glass with interior hurricane film.

The lower helm provides excellent visibility for foul weather and night operations.  All electronics are mounted on the wide teak console and overhead safety panel.  The Stidd pilot chair provides full adjustment for ultimate comfort.  The beautiful teak and inlaid ebony engraved ship's wheel further demonstrate the high quality of this vessel.

There is bridge access from a floating teak and stainless staircase aft on the port side and articulating water-tight doors to the covered side decks on port and starboard.

From the pilot house forward on the starboard side is a curved stairwell to the lower cabins and to the starboard aft is the galley.  The galley offers visibility in all directions, high gloss louvered cabinetry, marble countertops, and top of the line appliances.

As you descend the staircase from the pilothouse you will find the laundry center at the base of the stairs to aft.  Forward is the VIP stateroom furnished extensively with high gloss teak cabinetry, teak and holly sole and a soft headliner. There is a large island queen berth. The full head with separate shower is aft on the starboard side and offers a second door for use as a day head. There are cabinets, drawers under the berth and cedar lined hanging locker storage.

There is a guest bunk-room on the port side with double accordion entry doors, high/low bunks, cedar lined hanging locker, and a full head with separate shower.

The primary stateroom is aft and is full beam amidship. There is a king walk-around bed. There are split his and hers heads aft with a common center walk thru shower. There is a large chest of drawer and 2 hanging lockers built in to each side of the stateroom.  There is also drawer and bin storage below the bed and 2 full size side by side closets in the forward wall of the stateroom.  All cabinetry is the same high gloss teak found throughout the rest of the boat.

There is a crew cabin aft, entered from the aft deck. There is a bed to port and storage to starboard. The crew head is aft and forward is access to the engine room.

The flybridge area is up 6 steps from the pilothouse or up 10 steps from the aft deck.  It has a centerline helm and is enclosed with a retractable fold down factory hard top and full acrylic curtains.  There are two overhead watertight escape/ventilation hatches.  There are twin Stidd helm chairs for the ultimate comfort while underway.  There is a built in L-shaped seating/storage area with a large fiberglass drop leaf table aft on the starboard side. There is a single cushioned seat with storage on the port side as well.  There is a built-in cabinet with a grill and a refrigeration cabinet aft to port, and a large built in storage cabinet on the starboard sIde.

The dinghy, 1000 lb capacity dinghy davit and motor scooter are aft on the bridge deck. However, the dinghy is not included at this time.
