40' Marine Trader LaBelle model offers two staterooms with master stateroom and en-suite head, guest stateroom is spacious with guest head, the galley is down, with refrigeration and electric cooktop (NEW), well cared for, and used gently, this boat would make a great liveaboard or general cruising weekender. She has some minor fiberglass damage from Irma and the swim deck stations need reattaching. The starboard motor was completely rebuilt, (with full receipts) and has only 300 hours. The port motor was serviced and is in excellent condition with 5,300 hours. The generator is a 10 kW Phasor with 200 hours. The boat is in very good condition, inside and out.
