RESPITE has very user friendly full walk around decks which provide easy access from the bow to the stern, making her very easy to be run by a couple. The decks are nonskid making for easier maintenance.  Aft is a large lazarette which provides access to rudder and steering systems. Water tanks also easily accessed through this area.  Storage is very generous in this aft lazarette.  There are 3 hull mounted steps located on the starboard side that lead down from the aft deck to the swim platform.  Access to the flybridge area is through steps mounted on the cabin top. Flybridge area has back-to-back bench seating for 8, plus room for 2 more fishing/fighting chairs.  The upper helm station provides excellent visibility while cruising and provides abundant below helm dry storage as well.  The traditional wooden steering wheel is a good size that makes handling RESPITE a delight.  Canvas protection from the sun.  Yor guests will enjoy lounging on this upper deck while viewing the world while RESPITE cruises or is a perfect spot for sunset wine parties and dancing under the moon light. In addition to the canvas Bimini there is an overhead shade providing set of solar panels. WHICH ARE NOT PAIRED WITH REPITE’S ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT THIS TIME.

The traditional steading mast is located on the top of the aft cabin, a great spot to add speakers, docking lights etc.

Entering RESPITE through the aft deck companionway one goes down 3 steps to the master ensuite.  A double berth with new mattress is located to port and the private head entrance is located forward and to starboard in this nice sized aft stateroom.  The master head has a great shower tub combo, newer head fixture, and storage. This master ensuite also has a dedicated desk, substantial hanging locker, and a plethora of storage lockers and drawers.

Moving forward and up 3 steps, one is in the open galley main saloon area with teak parquet flooring, large windows and the lower helm located forward and to starboard. The galley boasts beautiful counter tops, stainless steel sinks, newer refrigeration drawers, a newer microwave and cook top.  As RESPITE is currently being used as a guest dockside refuge from the craziness of the world,  RESPITE is fully equipped with all the amenities found in a well-appointed galley including pots, pans, dishes, and small appliances.  There is a table with a settee located to port.  To starboard and forward of the galley sink counter is the lower helm.  Under the helm seat is a deep storage locker filled with dishes etc.  Directly to starboard there is a door providing access to the deck, and on the port side, aft of the table and settee is another door.   The flat screen tv is located also located aft on the port side.

Moving forward and down three steps there is the private guest ensuite. A traditional Vee berth with new mattress with hanging lockers and storage for your guest’s belongings.  The en-suite head is a wet shower with a newer head fixture.  Overhead hatch provides great natural light and ventilation.  A dedicated free-standing AC is located in the master cabin as well in the main saloon provides a most comfortable living environment even in the tropical weather of the Florida Keys.

RESPITE is an awesome opportunity to do a few cosmetic upgrades and go cruising now. A change in the owner’s life plans is forcing the sale.
