Catamaran lovers, this 2001 Lagoon 410 is a great combination of "sail-ability" and price. You can take off right away or keep it in it's current slip in one of the most amazing sailing grounds on the Gulf Coast. A recent survey reports the vessel condition as, "Good. Vessel is well equipped, fairly orderly, and needs relatively minor maintenance. Vessel registration papers were sighted onboard along with owner's manual and other equipment documentation. Vessel, overall, appears to be in "Above Average Condition" for a vessel 23 years old and of this type."
"RICHTER", a 2001 Lagoon 41' Sailing Catamaran with plumb bows, displacement hulls with fin keels, spade rudders, and reverse counter transoms. She has a single spreader deck stepped aluminum mast and boom with wire rigging shrouds and stays. Her gelcoat white hull is trimmed with dark boot stripes and she has a white roughly finished hardtop over aft cockpit followed by davits and tender, with solar panels. State rooms fore and aft port hull with head enclosure center, saloon/dinette and galley area center cabin (with Nav-station port side), and then owners cabin starboard hull with head enclosure forward and berth aft.
Rigging was replaced in 2018.
The vessel is powered by two 2009 Yanmar 3JH5E 39Hp heat-exchanger cooled 3-cyl diesel engines, port engine hours 1,810, starboard engine hours 1810 with Yanmar SD50 sail drives. Engines and gears fluids appeared in good condition and at proper levels. All exhaust junctions were single clamped but the clamps are substantially more robust than the typical SS hose clamp.
The sail drive seals were recently renewed and the overall condition of the engines and drives appeared very good.
Victron battery control system with lithium and solar recently upgraded. 3 Cameras are onboard for security. New dinghy motor with 1 hour on it. New trampoline is on the way. All twelve hatches have been recently replaced. Lots of extras... including a recently built hard top (still needs a little finish work (fairing, paint, etc.), but very beefy and solid.
