Catharine E is a 42ft Kadey Krogen trawler. She is extensively outfitted with systems and equipment not normally found on vessels of her size. She has been outfitted with the finest equipment for the purpose of extended safe long range cruising. As currently equipped Catharine E is able to maintain her passengers in Naiad stabilized, air-conditioned comfort for months at a time without the need to take on fuel, water, or provisions. She has successfully completed numerous cruises of the US East and West Coasts including the Caribbean and Alaska. Although she has logged 5900 hrs. during these voyages this represents only 27% of the design life of the power plant. Her exterior of new LP Paint and Signature Clear Acrylic Urethane once a year teak coating, along with a custom upgraded interior and new bottom in1999 show the loving care and extensive maintenance program this 1986 yacht has enjoyed. Catharine E is a Pristine Turn Key boat and looks like new.
