"Shamrock" is in the water, in our protected boathouse and has bottom paint, even though her owner has kept her on a boat lift for the past 2 years. Her interior shows as new and has never been slept on! Her 2007 Yamaha 250 hp 4 stroke engine, (which was transferred from his fathers previous boat) has 293 hours use is fully serviced and runs perfectly. (Receipt available).
"Shamrock" features top of the line electronics and includes reverse cycle Air conditioning/heat! The main salon features a dinette that converts to a forward facing navigators seat or a large double bed with an opening sun roof and opening port and starboard windows and a twin opening aft sliding door that opens into her large aft cockpit seating.
Her forward cabin features a full width bed with a stand up head compartment.
