This lovely J/100 is very well equipped with below decks Garmin auto pilot and recent Garmin chart plotter as well as an extensive sail inventory, dodger and bimini. Under current ownership she has been stored inside eight plus months of the year. Her bottom is all painted and she has a prepaid launch!
The J/100 was designed as the ultimate gentleman's daysailor (Bob Johnstone's description). She is very easily sailed with a feather touch on the helm. A moderate sail plan and easily driven hull makes this an easy boat to manage as well.
J/100 is designed with a comfortable, self-bailing cockpit having full-length seats with backrests and a full-width dodger for weather protection. The simple interior layout includes two berths in the main cabin and optional V-Berth forward and a marine head. If the wind dies, a 10 HP diesel auxiliary with folding prop is standard.
