Great liveaboard potential!
THIS BOAT NEEDS A LITTLE TLC!!
This William Harden designed Island Trader, built in Taiwan needs a new owner to love it. Current owners job has not allowed him to spend as much time on her as wanted and wants to see it go to a new owner ASAP. There is not a lot of paperwork to go along with this vessel, however once you walk through, you can see that she was very loved and has had a lot of upgrades already, including a new 2010 Ford Lehman engine with less than 700 hours, with some minor deferred maintenance caught up on, this will be a beautiful comfortable liveaboard! The huge aft cabin and enlarged head, to include sperate shower, well-appointed galley and beautiful hand carved wooded interior makes this a must see boat for anyone wishing for a great sailing liveaboard. ICW friendly too!
