NEW SHIPYARD MAINTENANCE JUNE 2016
* NEW BOTTOM PAINT (2 COATS)
* NEW PROPS
* NEW FITTINGS
This 49' Hyundai 'Elegant MK II' CPMY has been professionally maintained and all records are well kept. This gorgeous 2-stateroom yacht has all the amenities you would expect to find in a high-end condo. The VIP stateroom is located forward, and includes a centerline queen, hanging lockers (port & stbd), and a personal door to the foward head. The VIP stateroom may be closed off from the galley/salon, offering a peaceful retreat for tired guests or children. The galley is complete with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric stovetop w/ BBQ grill, built-in food processing station, and a trash compactor. The galley and large dinette is located down from the salon, so the guests may enjoy the salon while the host prepares gourmet meals & appetizers. The main salon is extremely open, and light provided by the large windows relieves any feelings of claustrophobia. This salon has a comfortable sofa, two tub chairs, coffee table, and large area for the entertainment center. Down from the main salon is the master stateroom; complete w/ a centerline queen, single (and double) hanging lockers, much welcome drawer space, and a computer/vanity countertop. One look in the private aft head and you will feel you're in a 5-diamond resort. Spacious wash basin, electric flush toilet, stand-up shower, and jacuzzi tub!
Up from the main salon is the sundeck; completely enclosed by a hard top and clean eisenglass. The sundeck has a wet bar w/ built-in ice maker for entertaining guests, or perhaps just sets the mood for a romantic evening. For the live aboard (or long-distance cruiser), the wet bar also hides the onboard washer/dryer combo. For the sun-worshippers...there is plenty of lounging space above the sundeck or on the ship's vast foredeck! Down from the sundeck you will find the roomy fishing/diving cockpit. The cockpit comes complete with built-in bait tank, tackle storage, and transom gate leading to the fold-up swim step. Up from the sundeck takes you to the flybridge. The flybridge has every piece of electronics to safely navigate you around the harbor...or Mexico...or Costa Rica! Given this, plus enough seating for a party of guests, and you have your own "mini-cruiseship". Up from the flybridge is the boatdeck, where the 1996 Sea Doo Bombadier is stored with its electric davit.
This vessel is powered by twin 375HP Caterpillar 3208-TA, and the enigine hours are 1,590 & 1,594. The owner has recently hauled this vessel, and the blister-free bottom received new bottom paint, new shafts, and new props. Additionally, a new AC/DC panel was installed (w/ new wiring), and many of the electronics were added at this time as well (newer equipment). The engine room also houses the 8KW Northern Lights generator, easy-access battery bank, well placed fuel filters, and a Nu-Tone centeral vacuum system. It is worth mentioning that even after our rainy season, the bilges are completely dry!
