"Kika" is a good first boat with very simple and easy systems. Loads of storage areas makes for a nice weekend cruiser; large keel makes it very seaworthy along with the wheel steering and halyards led aft. Lots of room below for a 27 and the reliable diesel will get you in and out of the dock when the wind dies. The owners have purchased another vessel and are anxious for offers! Low price with the trailer (needs some work to be road worthy).
