1966 HUCKINS SPORTSMAN

This is a rare opportunity to own a fully restored and repowered classic Huckins Sportsman. In 1994-1996 she underwent an extensive refit at the Huckins Yard in Jacksonville, FL. The owner spared no expense in restoring her to better than new condition. Since 1994, she has had three owners who have lovingly cared for her and kept her in near perfect condition. The current owner has spent over $400,000 on improvements and upgrades. Huck Fin is a classic sportfisher whose beauty and pedigree can only truly be appreciated in person.

At 56 feet 10 inches, Huckfin is a very comfortable family fishing & cruising yacht. There is a large master stateroom forward with two comfortable berths and the master head all of the way forward in the fore peak with a separate stall shower. Heading aft on the starboard side is a guest stateroom with over/under bunks and a guest head with separate stall shower. And, aft to port is a second guest stateroom with an en suite head for a total of three staterooms and three heads.
The salon is very light with great 360 degree visibility. There is ample comfortable seating and a large dinette for casual dining while at the island. The galley is very well laid out with lots of storage. She also has a store room/work room just forward of the dinette which also houses the electrical panels, microwave and toaster oven.
Aft in the cockpit are two pristine classic fighting chairs that also work great for watching the sunset after an exciting day on the water. Of course there is also plenty of seating for guests on the large bench across the transom.
The flybridge is equipped with new electronics (listed below) as well as the old classic Huckins panel & gauges. And, with lots of great seating, the captain will never be alone on the bridge.
