Large aft-deck/fishing cockpit with full convertible awning and room for several deck chairs. Well-equipped with live bait tank, sink and freezer/beverage cooler which doubles as a wet-bar area. Teak deck in excellent condition, freshly sealed.
The expansive main living area features an L-shaped sofa on port with a folding teak hi-lo table and a matching armchair/recliner on starboard. Newer carpet and drapes, Large-screen TV with soundbar and subwoofer sound system, and a bar complete with padded barstools. All tastefully decorated with white leather upholstery and contemporary neutral colors. With the push of a button a floor panel lifts open to provide easy access to the clean, well-lighted engine room.
Just forward of the bar on starboard there is a complete galley with Corian countertops, separate refrigerator and freezer, stainless sink, a newer Princess range/oven and a microwave.
The forward passage leads past a pair of double guest staterooms, one on each side, and the entrance to the guest head on port. Guest staterooms each have twin bunks and their own TVs. The guest head has the option of direct access from the port guest room, and is fully equipped with vanity/sink, electric head and separate shower area.
The luxurious master suite is all the way forward with a walk-around queen on the centerline and a new custom mattress. There are drawers below, and generous hanging lockers on both sides for plenty of clothing storage. Air conditioning, indirect lighting and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV complete the amenities. The adjacent head compartment features a nicely-lighted sink/vanity, newer electric-flush head, and separate shower area with folding doors.
