Well-kept Hobie 33 lifting keel model. Has double-axle trailer that can carry the boat with keel raised or lowered.
Red was dry-sailed on Lake Austin but for the last year has been in San Diego. The previous owner removed the carpeting inside the hull and under the deck, changed to LED lights and a handheld drill battery, removed the head and plumbing and installed a plastic self-contained head, switched down to a 6-hp outboard with special prop, changed the hatch boards from wood to foam core fiberglass, moved VHF antenna to stern pulpit and removed the coax up the mast, changed the halyards to light-weight high-tech, faired the bottom and much more - all making the boat light but class legal.
