A BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC CRUISING KETCH
This once in a lifetime boat was built starting in 1983 and commissioned in 1985 for the current and only owner byAlan Cothren in Wilmington, NC.
Built of Airex Core Fiberglass (C-FLEX) hull construction she is a true blue water yacht capable of crossing oceans or just showing her incredible lines off to the Yacht Club.
The decks and cabin are balsa core fiberglass laminate. The price was reduced because the decks are showing some moisture with a moisture meter. The hull does not. These are NOT soft spots as the lay up is so thick the decks do not flex. Re-bedding will be needed on some deck fittings in the future. But for a 35 year old boat she is solid as a rock.
All canvas and sails are in fantastic shape.
Engine only has 200 hours.
Owner wants a good home for his amazing yacht.
