The Hell's Bay Marquesa is a renowned technical poling skiff, known for its superb shallow-water performance. It's designed for serious anglers who want to navigate the shallow flats with minimal draft, often just around 6 to 8 inches of water. The Marquesa is also known for its lightweight construction, which makes it incredibly responsive and easy to handle.
One of the exciting features is its ability to get into those super shallow waters where bigger boats can't go, allowing anglers to stalk fish in places that are otherwise inaccessible. It also features a sleek, minimalist design, with a focus on performance and durability, and it's custom-built to order with high-quality materials. All of this makes the Marquesa a favorite among serious flats fishermen and those who love the thrill of poling through the shallows.
The Marquesa's 28 gallon fuel capacity and efficient Mercury 115HP outboard has plenty of range and speed to get you away from the crowds. With her ideal deadrise she can cut through the chop with ease and still pole easily across the flats in less than a foot of water.
Trailer available by separate agreement.
This 2023 Hell's Bay Marquesa is gorgeous. With only 40 hours and stored her whole life in a protected High and Dry she really is still a brand new boat available now without the 14 month wait from the factory. Hell's Bay has become the gold standard in flats boats. With her hand laid hull utilizing Corecell Foam, Kevlar, Carbon Fiber and 100% vinylester resin she is light weight but stronger than the biggest Tarpon. When ordered from the factory nearly every box was checked.
