She was repowered in 2005 with Volvo D-12 715hp motors with under 300 hours on them. Also in 2005, a new Onan 17kW Generator was also added that places this Hatteras well above the rest on the market.
The long list of upgrades includes: sub-zero refrigerator/freezers, dripless shafts, new SS rudders, interior upholstery, headliner and lights, electronic shifter controls in tower, fuel polishing system, Racor fuel filters, engine room side venting system, and kitchen appliances all completed in 2005. Brand new Master Cool Icemaker has just been added 2/2016. All new stainless steel exhaust elbows installed 8/16. All new thru-hulls replaced (8/16).
In 2014 she has had new: MDP battery charging system, exhaust system, black granite countertops/dinette, and Garmin electronics. Recent maintenance and upgrades include, new radar (12/2014), bottom and props painted (2/15) and also both gunnels and the black brow painted (2/15).
