This 1983 Harbor Master 47 is a twin-engine, self-contained houseboat with a 7.5 kW Kohler generator. Mostly a dock queen, it still runs well according to the seller. Laid out with a split-level upper stateroom, lower twin berth, and spacious galley. The main sleeping area is a brightly lit aft stateroom with a queen size bed.
The lower under-helm half-height twin berth currently has a queen-size bed in it.
The galley is spacious with sink, microwave oven, stove, and refrigerator/freezer. There is room for a small table and chairs.
An older boat, this one has been partially restored with all new stanchions and railing all around. The upper helm needs work but has potential. The slip tied up to can currently be rented for a reasonable price and live-aboard is a possibility.
