Condition detail
The Gibson houseboat looks to be in good condition on the exterior and interior for it's age. There are nice upgrades that the seller has made to the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen areas. The exterior decking has a not slip finish across the whole boat that is in great condition. The houseboat was hauled out in 2022, inspected bottom. The engine is in need of repair and non operational. It will need a full inspection from a mechanic and possible rebuild.
