Q-Ann II is a very rare Harbor Master 450 Coastal Cruiser. Her history is special; one owner, always fresh water, always under cover. Clean, well maintained by a knowledgeable owner, shows extremely well, inside and out.
The 450 Coastals have all the room and comfort of a houseboat with the hull and ride of a motoryacht. Starting at the top, the upper deck features the flybridge with upper station, radar arch, bimini top and full enclosure..There is an aft deck hardtop with sunpad as well as multiple bench seats. Below the interior features the well equipped lower station with visiblity from bow to stern; 2 comfortable staterooms, 2 full heads with showers, a very complete galley, 2 salon seating areas, both with sleeper sofas accommodating 4 more overnight quests. There is an abundance of teak trim, wood flooring, storage cabinets and lockers.
Engines are Crusader 454XLs, 350 hp, approx 1150 well maintained original hours. The generator is a 12.5 kw Kohler with 1215 hours. Additional mechanical features include Glendenning engine synchronzer, Sentry battery charger and dripless shaft logs Other notable features include an electric windlass, Rayline spotlight, trumpet horn, Raritan heads with Lectra / san treatment systems.
Electronics include 2 Datamarine Dart 4 depthfinders with speed and distance logs; Raymarine VHF marine radio, hailer, fume detector and compass. There are 2 flat screen tvs, Sony stereo receiver and cd player.
Q-ANN II's owner has reluctantly decided his boating days are behind him and should sell to someone who will enjoy her more. He is willing to consider reasonable offers.
