Why such an amazing asking price of $19,999 for a 2011 hull?  The seller owns two Harbor 20s and this boat has been completely under utilized!

This boat was daysailed approximately thirty days per summer in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and then only ten days per year in 2014 and 2015.  She sat covered on her trailer in the owner's driveway in 2016!  No wonder the hull, rig, and sails are in great condition!

This boat will come with a brand new set of racing sails (only used three days) and a nice sunbrella sail cover (black) made by North Sails.  An original set of North Sails (main & jib) are perfect for daysailing and have a few more years of life in them!

Professionally cared for and always kept on a mooring-except when charging the electrical system at the dock.  You can step aboard and be sailing in about six minutes.  Designed to be singhehanding (Hoyt boom on jin w/roller furling, and all control lines perfectly organized in cockpit), yet her spacious cockpit can easily handle four adults comfortably.

The Harbor 20's performance underbody provides excellent stability and performance.  This make/model of boat is known as a "gentleman's racer."

Her white gelcoat with navy blue boot stripe are in GREAT condition.  There are a few surface scratches at the bow from bumping up against the mooring.  The white hull can easily be painted any color you want, or keep her white so no color fading occurs within a few years and/or scrapes show!

The electric motor on this boat needs servicing or replacement.  The seller feels that the original wiring/motor was "underbuilt" and found it challenging to keep terminals clean, etc. and/or to keep the batteries topped off while on the mooring.  The electric motor worked about 50% of the time, so the seller chose to simply sail on/off the mooring.  Schock sent the seller plans to convert/reinforce the tansom to accommodate a small outboard engine if needed, but the seller never felt the need to make this conversion.  This asking price reflects the need to troubleshoot/repair the electric motor!

Her 2011 Load-Rite trailer has only traveled about one hundred miles since being delivered from the manufacturer in 2011 and is being sold separately for $1,500. This trailer has only been used for winter storage purposes to move the boat between the seller's house and the boatyard where she was launched.

The seller is willing to deliver the boat anywhere between Virginia and Maine for an additional fee if needed.
