EMOH's knowledgeable owners have maintance and upgrade list and have put considerable time and effort into improving and updating this vessel. She is current and shows newer than a 1976 vessel. This Gulfstar 43 Trawler layout is great for a Live Aboard! She offers wide side decks that lead to Port and Starboard deck doors to enter the salon. To Starboard is the lower helm, Forward and down is a large Galley to Starboard and a U-shaped settee/table to Port. Forward to Port is a guest head with privacy door. Forward is a V-berth guest suite. Aft and down from the salon is a large center line queen berth with master head and a separate shower stall. Lots of storage. Engine access is thru salon floor or forward and aft door to engine room. Step out either deck door of the salon for access to the aft Sundeck and Flybridge. Sidedecks forward lead to a dinghy on davits siting on the bow.
Excellent maintaince records and logs showing all improvements and updates since November 2009.
