Owner says SELL! Bring an OFFER!

This Grand Banks 49 Motor Yacht is a timeless traditional trawler and continues to be highly prized; it’s functionality was expanded with the addition of an enclosed flybridge pilothouse. This Grand Banks 49, THE BEAR, is a one owner, built to exacting detail and redundancy for extended offshore cruising. THE BEAR has seen many upgrades over the years (including new fuel tanks). In March 2015, the engines and generators had oil and filters changed. In the June 2015 haulout, the bottom received several coats of Micron CSC, all zincs were replaced and the running gear sanded to bear metal then painted with two coats of Interlux.

THE BEAR now features an enclosed pilothouse and new Flexiteek decking in place of the original teak decking. Enjoy comfortable cruising in the climate controlled pilothouse which allows for excellent visibility. The pilothouse table converts with cushions to a double berth for watch changes during long range cruising. Entertain on the aft deck or make it home to your tender. Catch sunset views from the flybridge, or relax in the comfortable and welcoming saloon. Two staterooms and three heads provide superior accommodations for owners and guests. THE BEAR has cruised to St Thomas, in the British Virgin Islands, The Florida Keys, and the Bahamas. She is ready for more adventures.
