43' Grand Banks Eastbay SX 2005
This one will not disappoint you! She has had exceptional care by a fastidious owner who has maintained her to the highest standards expected in this class of yachts. All books and records are available. The sellers change of plans for a larger yacht dictates the sale.
"SUNDAZE" is an exceptional example of the very successful GRAND BANKS 43 Eastbay SX. This hard back enclosed salon express was among the first of a series of enclosed climate controlled, weatherproof cruising express yachts. She is designed by the leading design firm of C. Raymond Hunt Associates and built to the industrys highest standards by GRAND BANKS in Singapore. The Teak Interior is simply superb, and finished in the dramatic high gloss. She offers 2 sleeping cabins, the master forward with centerline modified queen and guest cabin to starboard with upper and lower bunks. The head has a separate stall shower, functional galley down opens to the salon deck above allowing extra light and visibility. The helm and salon deck is comfortable with fixed and free standing seating, satellite TV and Bose surround sound stereo. Cruising at a commanding 27 knots with incredibly low sound levels and soft dry ride could not be better. You are encouraged to inspect this vessel in your search for a premium quality cruising express.
Grand Banks built the boat using hand laid fiberglass laminates over foam core and Vinylester resin beneath the waterline and a factory epoxy barrier coat. The structure is among the most robust in the industry and is noticeable in the solid quiet ride. The highest quality components are used in the areas of deck and hull fittings, plumbing and electrical.
