One of the last-built of the legendary Eastbay 49's, ARETE is the SX model which converts the helmdeck into a comfortable upper salon. Stidd helm seat, side door access, and comfortable high-low companion seating make for a very operator friendly vessel. Gorgeous interior with deep blue upholstery and classic Herreschoff teak-and-white bulkheads. One hundred 49's were built on the C Raymond Hunt-designed deep-V hull. With comfortable cruising in the mid-20's with her Cat C-12 engines, ARETE has also been equipped with bow- and stern-thrusters (with remote) for the ultimate in easy handling. A one-owner boat, she has benefitted from a knowledgeable owner's continuous personal tlc, and it shows. Recent Awlgrip, all current maintenance done, she is beautiful and ready to go!
