On the starboard side is a sink and a refrigerator. Both were operational. On the aft edge of the flybridge deck is a Dinette. Forward is the Helm with a bench style captain’s seat. 5. SHIPBOARD AMENITIES At the transom is a hydraulic dinghy lift with a dinghy and outboard motor sitting in a cradle. The hydraulic lift was manufactured by TNT Manufacturing. Thru a transom door on the port side is the aft deck. The aft deck sole is teak and there is a canvas cover over the aft area. A forward hatch gives access to the engine and generator rooms. A sliding door on the starboard side gives access to the Salon. The cabin soles are teak and holly. A stairway on the port side gives access to the aft Stateroom and aft Head. Forward of the salon and up four steps is the Galley on the port side and the Dinette is on the starboard side. The main helm is forward of the galley with a pedestal style captain’s chair. A stairway on the port side forward leads down to the forward Stateroom and forward Head. In the companionway is a GE Washer and Dryer installed in a locker.

CUTLASS BEARINGS: Bronze shell with water lubricated bearings. Bearings showed no wear. SHAFT SEAL: Dripless shaft seals were clean and well maintained. GENERAL CONDITION: Good. Engines and transmissions reported to be Original equipment. No oil or other fluid leaks sighted. Belts and hoses were serviceable. The engine room was Clean and well organized. 7. BATTERIES & CHARGING SYSTEMS BATTERIES: (2x) 4D size AGM batteries for Bow Thruster & Windlass. (4x) 4D size wet cell batteries for the Generator & Engines. (12x) 6 volt, wet cell batteries for the House circuits. All were properly secured in battery boxes and properly Wired. BATTERY CHARGERS: ProTech-4, 25 amp, AGM battery charger. Combimaster, Inverter/Charger, 160 amp. Both were operational. SOLAR: 350 watt, solar panel connected to a Victron controller. ALTERNATORS: Factory installed 55amp alternators on each main engine. GENERAL CONDITION: Good. All batteries were dated 2022 and 2025. All were Properly secured and insulated. All components of the Charging system were well maintained and operational.

Return hoses are Type A1 and are also Clamped and secured correctly. FUEL MANIFOLD VALVES: Ball type valves, mounted in engine compartment. Operated & were leak free. Were properly labeled. VENT LOCATION: Port & Starboard Topsides. Flame screens were sighted. FUEL FILTERS: 6x, Racor type fuel filters are mounted in engine and Generator areas. In addition, both main engines and the generator have the OEM type final fuel filters mounted on each engine. GENERAL CONDITION: Good. All hoses were double clamped and Serviceable. No leaks were sighted.

CATHODIC PROTECTION & BONDING SYSTEM ANODES: Zinc anodes attached to shafts, rudders, transom, Struts and trim tabs. Were firmly attached and Serviceable. MAIN BONDING CONDUCTOR: Heavy Copper Cable. Connected and supported Correctly. BONDING: Engines, generator, rudders, tanks and thru hulls are All connected to the conductor. GENERAL CONDITION: Good. All bonding cables were securely Connected with minimal corrosion present. 16. AIR CONDITIONIONING & HEAT 3x, Marine Air, 110 Volt Heat/AC reverse cycle water source units. Raw water pumps are 110 Volt and are connected to thru hulls with sea strainers. Condensation is pumped overboard using automatic sump pumps. GENERAL CONDITION: Not tested. No leaks sighted.

58' 2004 Grand Harbour Raised Pilothouse Motoryacht with three staterooms; Full Beam Master amidships with separate entrance from salon, Island Queen VIP forward and twin bunks in third stateroom with shared bath. Exquisite teak with burl inlay joinery, teak paneling, and teak and holly sole throughout.
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH The spacious salon is large enough for entertaining or quiet family living with a large U shaped settee and big windows both port and starboard. Up 3 stairs and you are in the galley and forward is the pilothouse. A stairway from the pilothouse leads to the flybridge with its wet bar and barbeque, sundeck and seating arrangements.
The master stateroom is amidships with a private entrance from the salon and private head. The guest staterooms are located forward and are accessed via a stairway in the pilothouse. The VIP cabin features an island queen berth and the guest cabin has upper/lower berths. These two cabins share a head. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a cabinet at the foot of the forward stairway.
