This boat is in very nice condition. The seller prides himself in having the entire boat up to date and in perfect condition. Low engine hours. Don't miss.
From the cockpit, step up one step to the enclosed steering station to starboard and a settee to port. Going below there is a small galley to port and an enclosed head to starboard. Farther forward is a U-shaped settee with a table that folds into a double berth.

All polycarbonate isinglass has been replaced and is in good shape. Original locks replaces with keyed SS Southco upgraded flush locks.
Factory anchor winch has been replaced with Lewmar Horizontal retrieve winch.
Trailer
Pacific Galvanized triple axle trailer. The following work was completed within the 5 years:
Tires: 7 steel belted radial 8 ply tires installed about 5 years ago. Castroville Tire and Rim.
Replaced coupler and disc brake actuator.
Replaced wheel hubs
Rebuilt brakes All by Dixon & Son in Watsonville
Replaced fenders (performed by Monterey Bay Marine mechanic)
Replaced leaf spring suspension (now with zerk fittings for lubrication of spring shackles) Performed by Just In Time Marine about 4 years ago.
Upholstery
All of the bow seating pads are rarely used and in good condition
Rear seat at transom was recovered with side bolsters by Custom Marine Canvas in Moss Landing in 2002.
Reason for selling: The seller loves the boat, but is older and not using it enough.
