Its as close to new as you can get with over $220,000 spent at Snead Island Boat Works alone on much of the above list starting in 2017. You could spend $200K for a project boat if you can find one and then try to get to the current status of Mana Kai.   That's not only expensive as shown but a very time consuming endeavor with as busy as most good yards are now. Get on board and start enjoying this one immediately. Never chartered. The boats previous engines had aproximately 2200 hours so the total time on the hull is now around 2500.   For a 35 she has a excellent mix of outdoor space and indoor. Compared to a 34 PDQ there is abundant room on the aft deck for a table and chairs or a couch and coffee table. The flybridge has ample covered seating with either the big aft sun pad or lounger seats and a reversible double wide helm seat.  With a 15' beam she is easy to find a marina slip as she fits almost anywhere and is also right at the minimum charge per foot size at 35'.

You also get a economical cruise at under two gallons per hour total at 8 knots and a range of 1000 miles but she will also still get on plane and run if needed.

Note:  The furniture shown on the aft deck is for reference only and is not included in the sale of the vessel.

Pros

Spacious Layout: The Highland 35 offers a roomy interior and cockpit, making it ideal for both cruising and entertaining.

Performance: With a lightweight design and efficient sail plan, it delivers good sailing performance, especially in moderate winds.

Shallow Draft: Its shallow draft allows access to a variety of anchorages and coastal areas that deeper keel boats cannot reach.

Cons

Age: Being a 2006 model, some systems and equipment may require updating or maintenance.

Limited Interior Headroom: Compared to larger catamarans, the interior headroom can feel a bit restricted.

Storage Space: While comfortable, storage may be limited for extended cruising or liveaboard needs.

Price: Depending on condition and location, the Highland 35 can be priced higher than comparable models from other manufacturers.

Performance in Light Winds: Like many catamarans, it may struggle to maintain speed in very light wind conditions.
