The Formula 40 PC is premium offshore express performance cruiser designed for those who place a priority on luxury and performance.
With 6'7" of headroom below, the cabin accommodations are a tasteful blend of high-gloss cherry cabinetry, Ultraleather upholstery, and high-end appliances and furnishings.
The crescent-shaped dinette features a solid cherry table and two fixed stools, and the Formula's fully equipped galley includes a round stainless-steel sink, under- counter refrigeration, tons of storage, and Corian countertop.
Aft of the salon and down a step, the spacious mid-cabin area boasts a convertible U-shaped lounge with seating for six with hidden pocket doors, offering improved stateroom seclusion.
A walk-thru windshield provides easy access to the foredeck, and the U-shaped aft cockpit lounge converts to a huge sun pad.
The extended swim platform will support a PWC.
The twin Yanmar 440hp Marine Diesels cruise at 22-24 knots (low 30s top).
Soulmates is powered by twin Yanmar 6LY2A-STP — 440 HP Marine Diesel Engines paired with ZF 85 transmissions (rather than the original ZF 80s which were problematic). These V-drives were designed to better handle the power load and ensure superior performance and reliability.
