Meticulously maintained 1993 Formula 336 SR-1, a true high-performance muscle boat. This boat has always been cared for with top-quality parts and upgrades, with the mindset of keeping it forever. Originally a freshwater Great Lakes boat, it now sees light seasonal use around Martha's Vineyard and Boston, always flushed thoroughly with fresh water after every trip and professionally maintained.
Powered by twin 454 BBC engines-one with approximately 110 hours and the other with just 10 hours-both built with Howard hydraulic cams, Stinger roller rockers, and electric chokes. Both engines run strong and have all maintenance records and receipts. Bravo I outdrives push this boat with serious power.
Recently, both motors received new MerCruiser exhaust manifolds, risers, electronic distributors, drive couplers, starters, alternators, and spark plugs-only about 10 hours on these parts. The boat also features electric bolster seats and footrests, Garmin GPS with depth sounder, pump-out head, sink, refrigerator, shore power, and an onboard battery charger. It sleeps four comfortably and has a removable table and upgraded stereo system.
The sale includes a custom Sea Lion tri-axle trailer with torsion suspension, disc brakes on all wheels, stainless steel brake lines, LED lighting, and a custom removable bow ladder. Also included are a Bimini top, full camper enclosure, and full boat cover.
This boat has always been stored indoors in the off-season and is currently in excellent condition.
This is a rare opportunity to own a turn-key Formula 336 SR-1 that has been maintained and upgraded with no expense spared.
