The enclosed head plus a sink is in a relatively large cabin portside, and there is plenty of storage throughout the vessel. This 270 is powered by a Mercruiser 8.2 Bravo 3, with 314 hours of use. She has been immaculately maintained by her current owner, who personally performs a complete engine flush after every outing. She had new manifolds and risers less than a year ago. Additional amenities include a bimini top, multiple covers including a stern cover, and all safety equipment. The owner also has a covered dry storage rack on Longboat Key available for purchase or lease. She does not have a trailer, but we can help you find one or transport her to you.
