Other Formula boats for sale in Connecticut, United States
This 1988 Formula 242SS, located in Bridgeport, CT, is powered by a NEW (2013) 330 hp Mercruiser 7.4L with a Bravo I Outdrive. Only 15 hours since the repower!
The Formula ride is famous - solid and quiet due to closed cell foam injected into the hull. Control is complete, with decisive tracking on turns. This is a great boat for water sports, with plenty of "get up and go", high-mounted ski tow eye, under-floor ski storage and large swim platform with ladder.
The large cockpit easily seats 6 adults, with a back-to back companion seat that converts to a flat sun lounge and a full-width aft bench seat. There's also a large sun pad between the aft bench and the swim platform.
Below, there is a V-berth, port and starboard lounge seats, a stainless steel sink with storage above and below, plus concealed portable head with connections for deck pump out (not currently connected).
This is a well maintained classic Formula, repowered in 2013 and ready to give her new owner years of fun on the water.
