35' Ericson 35 '74
Many upgrades for cruising, as the owners sailed the California coast with two children and needed to keep them safe. Work done in 2023: Cutlass bearing, standing rigging (15k), Stackpack, Autopilot, DC refrigerator, bottom paint, removable dinghy davits, removed throughulls for head, installed porta-potti, packing gland, rebedded- portlights, stanchions, windlass, serviced Westerbeke Oct 2023, dodger, bimini, feathering propellor. She is not the prettiest boat at the marina, so the new owner can make her look how they want. A great value with new equipment! Slip is supposedly not transferrable, but you can always ask. Sellers have bought another boat and are willing to look at all offers.
