A classic design from the desk of Bruce King, this Ericson 30 Plus has been maintained by experienced and caring owners and now is ready for her next chapter with a new skipper. She's a well built boat, designed to perform par excellence as either a cruiser or a racer, constructed of hand laid fiberglass with balsa cored bonded decks. There's 6'2" headroom below decks and a very comfortable interior layout with sleeping accommodations for 5-6.

Accommodations
Entering via the companionway steps, the U-shaped galley is situated to port. Across to starboard is the navigation station, with a good sized quarter berth aft. Moving forward into the salon a spacious U-shaped convertible settee seats 4 comfortably at the dinette table, and the convertible settee across seats another two. The v-berth follows in the bow, with the head compartment adjacent to port, comprising a manual head, washbasin and vanity. There are sleeping accommodations for 5-6 in total.
Everything is very neat and clean. The upholstery is in great condition, and the interior wood has been well cared for. Teak and holly sole throughout, and all ports and windows have accordion blinds. There is ample storage throughout, including a wet locker that drains directly to the bilge. Insignia TV, Bose speakers and Dual MXD337B Bluetooth/mp3/radio.
