Extremely clean and well-cared-for "cruising" version of the performance Doug Peterson designed Islander Peterson 40. The interior is appointed with wood finishes with a cozy feel. Both staterooms are private and there is a separate shower adjoining the head. New V-berth cushions were installed in 2023.

U-shaped galley is on port with deep refrigerated box, propane stove/oven and double stainless steel sink. Nav station and quarter berth bunk are aft on starboard and have privacy door enclosure.
