The Easter 27 Lobsterman shows an upright profile, with its wheelhouse and tall bow, and the sloping sheer runs back to the arched transom. The modified-vee hull has a pronounced flare at the bow for shedding seas, which also makes for a big foredeck with room for casting and handling ground tackle and lines. The side decks are wide, with hand holds on the trunk cabin and atop the wheelhouse.
The wheelhouse is open aft and affords good protection. There is a triple-pane windshield with the center one opening and sliding side windows, The helm, with an angled dash and a antique styled destroyer wheel is to starboard and the are two TODD pedestal side-by-side pedestal seats for the helmsman and a companion. Sight lines are excellent. Brass Ship's Bell to Port. The cockpit has room for anglers and has wide gunwales. The engine box can be used as extra seating and has a custom cushion. There is also a removable teak bench which fits across the stern with custom fitted cushion, perfect for a harbor cruise.
Down below to port is the galley, with a SS Sink and room for a small cocktop if one is desired. The enclosed head compartment is is to starboard with a marine head with holding tank and y-valve.
