This classic 1987 DeFever Tri-Cabin is powered by Lehman 135's. The current owner has constantly upgraded and improved her. Mechanically she is in good condition and has been cruised throughout Florida, the Bahamas as well as an 11 month Loop trip. This Bluewater cruiser is built on a solid fiberglass hull with a full keel and stabilized, high bow with lots of flare. Her stand up engine room is accessed thru a door in the 3rd cabin. She has two full heads, centerline queen in the primary stateroom, full size washer and dryer, lower helm, and beautiful wood work throughout. She is located in Pasadena Yacht Club, Gulfport, FL
Board through either port or starboard side gate or at the transom door. The varnished rails and teak decks will be evident as are the wide and covered decks. The covered aft deck cabin area provides a delightful seating and lounge area with a platform for the toys aboard. There is a comfortable flybridge access here which is protected, easy and includes numerous handholds. This area is covered by a bimini forward of the radar arch. There is bench seating facing forward and room for additional deck chairs. The Zodiac is stored in this area when not deployed by the davit
At the main deck level step inside through any of the three access doors into the main salon. Light, open, modern and sleek yet bathed in solid wood surfaces. The floors are teak, the table is a stunning burl wood, and the galley counter is granite. The L-shaped settee is in Ultraleather. There are shades and wall sconces. The Stidd captain's chair is forward to starboard with excellent visibility and deck access. The instrument suite is impressive with full instrumentation at both helms. Stepping forward is the forward stateroom with 8' headroom, twin berths,and a large cedar lined hanging locker to starboard. There is excellent ventilation thru the 4 opening ports and overhead hatch. The doorway to the engine room is aft. Across the hall is the head with stall shower.
Aft of the main salon is the owner's suite. The island queen bed is flanked by teak lockers and storage drawers. To port is the head with vanity sink and full shower stall. The stateroom is light filled.
