Don't let the classic looks fool you...This boat is quite the performer even with these small economical engines She is powered with twin 125 hp Yanmar diesel engines (only 199 hours), giving great fuel economy and performance. 21-24 knot cruise, 28 WOT.
Center cockpit with plenty of secure seating for guests. Small cuddy cabin forward with Vacu-Flush head and holding tank system, V-berth, Sunpads on sit atop large engine compartment hatches.
Jachtwerf de Rietschans is a high quality yard just outside Amsterdam known for restoring European classic yachts. In 1991 they started building a boat that would correct all the problems and objections owners had while creating a boat more suitable for open water, rather than lakes. Note that these are known as the "Beaver" in Holland. Built of hand laid fiberglass construction with hand crafted wood working of teak and mahogany. The center cockpit layout puts the Captain with the guests during the cruise, while the aft deck provides plenty of area for lounging. The wide side-decks are easily navigated to reach the bow.
