Condition-wise it is like stepping on a nearly new boat with the exception of all the upgrades and add-ons that come from an experienced owner making improvements based on their experience on the water.
This is the Luxury Edition, most commonly used in warmer climates where air conditioning is nice to have. The LE package includes air conditioning/ reverse cycle heating, convection oven & microwave combo, diesel generator w/ sound shield, and electric stovetop.
The knowledgeable seller made a number of smart upgrades including adding a dripless shaft seal to keep salt water from splashing on the engine, generator, and other components, replacing all the stock TVs with larger smart TVs with built in DVD players, upgrading the battery charger with a larger higher quality Xantrax unit, adding valves to allow flushing engine & generator with fresh water, and a "crash valve" to use the engine seawater pump as an emergency bilge pump, and adding a custome roll-out awning.
