Although purpose built to be a no nonsense utilitarian tender vesssel to a large sport fishing yacht, WHERE IT'S AT nevertheless boasts a magnificently appointed and extremely well finished interior with all the creature comforts one would expect to find on a modern motor yacht.
Commencing on the enormous exterior main deck, the boat features two large davit cranes capable of hoisting and positioning virtually any vehicle, tender vessel, or water toy that could conceivably fit on the deck area. A commercial Manitowac icemaker, storage boxes, spare anchors, fire suppression equipment, a lounge area, and storage counter with sink are some of the features and amenities found in this area. The engine room is accessed through the forward deckhouse bulkhead (to port) as is the entry to the main salon. Both engine room and salon access doors are sealed heavy duty watertight sea doors.
Entering the salon door, the exterior of the vessel gives no hint as to the luxury and utility of the interior appointments. The entry companionway includes the electrical distribution panels and three large commercial stainless refrigerator/freezers mounted to starboard. Across from the refrigerator units is the spacious fully appointed galley area, again featuring a commercial range with overhead hood both in stainless steel. Microwaves, sinks, and custom marble counter tops make food preparation and meal service a snap even for large groups of guests.
Continuing forward are two adjacent dining areas and the main salon. Practical and beautiful carpets and upholstered surfaces along with rich teakwood paneling and woodwork are bathed in light from the huge deck to ceiling picture windows on both sides of the salon. These large windows give a feeling of almost infinite space in this area. To starboard is the interior staircase leading up to the pilothouse and owner's stateroom/apartment. Forward beneath the staircase in the salon is the day head. Continuing all the way forward of the salon is the spacious VIP guest stateroom with its own private head and TV/stereo. Completing the forward area of the salon is an interior staircase leading down to the crew area and engine/machinery spaces.
Up the interior staircase the bridge deck opens to the pilothouse area that features an extensive state of the art navigational electronics display and fully instrumented helm. A watch bench aft of the helm allows for some seating in this area. There are also two doors leading to the exterior pilothouse deck areas and a staircase on the starboard side leading up to the upper helm/lounge area. This exterior helm is fully instrumented and equipped with many of the navigational electronics found at the lower helm. Aft of the upper helm is a large lounge area as well as the mast structure for the navigational radar and communications electronics.
Continuing aft through a door to the port side of the main pilothouse one enters the enormous owner's private apartment. The GALLEY is located aft of the dining area port side. It contains all new equipment, including stand-up refrigerator and freezers, electric stove, microwave. There is new woodwork and granite counter tops.
VIP Stateroom
Forward of the salon area is the VIP STATEROOM. This stateroom contains a double size bed, hanging locker, an entertainment center,head with sink and shower. An emergency escape hatch is located overhead in this cabin. The hatch leads to the foredeck area of the pilothouse deck. All surfaces have been newly installed and finished.

The Crew's Cabin is on the port side aft and contains four (4) sleeping berths with its own flat screen TV,hanging locker and cabinetry. A separate crew head contains a sink, shower, and head. All equipment in this area is newly installed. The LAUNDRY AREA is to starboard and aft in the crew's space and contains a 208V A.C. hot water heater,two (2) Bosch Axxis washers and two (2) Bosch Axxis dryers all new. A small galley/lounge completes the crew accomodations.

The engine and machinery room are both protected by built-in independent fire extinguishers. These two systems are newly installed and freshly certified. Handheld fire extinguishers are mounted throughout the vessel and all under current certification.
A 208V AC 3-phase pump is located in the engine room. This pump services fire stanchions on the main and foredeck areas to provide water for fire fighting.
A complete new Coast Guard safety package is currently onboard vessel.

Electrical
All original wiring through the vessel has been removed and replaced with new marine grade quality electrical wiring. A new main distribution panel has been installed to select & control the 3 generators, shore power and distribution through the vessel. Sub-panels are in the salon & pilothouse providing distribution and controls for all systems. A complete and new 24V DC system has been installed and a new DC distribution panel, as well. All wiring for this system is new and routed on newly installed wire races. All wiring and installations for the electrical system are of high quailty marine grade and properly installed.
Engine & Mechanical Equipment
The machinery and engine space may be the biggest surprise of all. Photos will provide much greater detail. These spaces are engineered and finished to yacht standards and are equal to virtually any yacht in its size range and even comparing favorably to vessels much larger and, nominally, more sophisticated.
Both engines installed new in 2005 are mounted on newly constructed steel engine beds. New shafts, running gear,and propellers, have been installed. Exhaust system newly fabricated and installed. Overboard discharge of both main engine exhausts are from port and starboard hull side area. The main engine raw water system is serviced from the newly constructed sea chest providing clean water to both engines for cooling.

WHERE IT'S AT falls into a new category of yacht, the Long Range Expedition / Shadow Vessel, designed to service and support a larger vessel or sport fishing yacht. This vessel was purchased in 2003 and taken to Ft. Lauderdale where it was stripped to the bare hull. All interior appointments, machinery, wiring etc. were removed and discarded. The entire vessel was sandblasted to bare metal, a new deckhouse/superstructure was designed and fabricated and new machinery and interior appointments were installed. These spaces are engineered and finished to yacht standards and are equal to virtually any yacht in its size range and even comparing favorably to vessels much larger and, nominally, more sophisticated.
Both engines installed new in 2005 are mounted on newly constructed steel engine beds. New shafts, running gear,and propellers, have been installed. Exhaust system newly fabricated and installed. Overboard discharge of both main engine exhausts are from port and starboard hull side area. The main engine raw water system is serviced from the newly constructed sea chest providing clean water to both engines for cooling.

WHERE IT'S AT falls into a new category of yacht, the Long Range Expedition / Shadow Vessel, designed to service and support a larger vessel or sport fishing yacht. This vessel was purchased in 2003 and taken to Ft. Lauderdale where it was stripped to the bare hull. All interior appointments, machinery, wiring etc. were removed and discarded. The entire vessel was sandblasted to bare metal, a new deckhouse/superstructure was designed and fabricated and new machinery and interior appointments were installed. The exterior davit cranes were totally overhauled, new hydraulic system put in place and bow thruster mounted. The vessel was painted, state of the art navigational electronics and communications equipment installed, and the vessel was readied for a level of self sufficient service that very few pleasure craft can equal.

Possibly among the most important features of this unique boat is its capacity to carry vast quantities (approx. 35,000 gal.) of fuel allowing both the vessel itself and the yacht it is designed to service (through an on-deck fueling station) to extend their nautical range to an almost unlimited degree. Vessel Walkthrough
Although purpose built to be a no nonsense utilitarian tender vesssel to a large sport fishing yacht, WHERE IT'S AT nevertheless boasts a magnificently appointed and extremely well finished interior with all the creature comforts one would expect to find on a modern motor yacht.
Commencing on the enormous exterior main deck, the boat features two large davit cranes capable of hoisting and positioning virtually any vehicle, tender vessel, or water toy that could conceivably fit on the deck area. A commercial Manitowac icemaker, storage boxes, spare anchors, fire suppression equipment, a lounge area, and storage counter with sink are some of the features and amenities found in this area. The engine room is accessed through the forward deckhouse bulkhead (to port) as is the entry to the main salon. Both engine room and salon access doors are sealed heavy duty watertight sea doors.
Entering the salon door, the exterior of the vessel gives no hint as to the luxury and utility of the interior appointments. The entry companionway includes the electrical distribution panels and three large commercial stainless refrigerator/freezers mounted to starboard. Across from the refrigerator units is the spacious fully appointed galley area, again featuring a commercial range with overhead hood both in stainless steel. Microwaves, sinks, and custom marble counter tops make food preparation and meal service a snap even for large groups of guests.
Continuing forward are two adjacent dining areas and the main salon. Practical and beautiful carpets and upholstered surfaces along with rich teakwood paneling and woodwork are bathed in light from the huge deck to ceiling picture windows on both sides of the salon. These large windows give a feeling of almost infinite space in this area. To starboard is the interior staircase leading up to the pilothouse and owner's stateroom/apartment. Forward beneath the staircase in the salon is the day head. Continuing all the way forward of the salon is the spacious VIP guest stateroom with its own private head and TV/stereo. Completing the forward area of the salon is an interior staircase leading down to the crew area and engine/machinery spaces.
Up the interior staircase the bridge deck opens to the pilothouse area that features an extensive state of the art navigational electronics display and fully instrumented helm. A watch bench aft of the helm allows for some seating in this area. There are also two doors leading to the exterior pilothouse deck areas and a staircase on the starboard side leading up to the upper helm/lounge area. This exterior helm is fully instrumented and equipped with many of the navigational electronics found at the lower helm. Aft of the upper helm is a large lounge area as well as the mast structure for the navigational radar and communications electronics.
Continuing aft through a door to the port side of the main pilothouse one enters the enormous owner's private apartment. This area contains a separate office area with desk/phone and communications electronics service. To starboard is the owner's head with large shower, head and sink. Continuing aft is the owner's stateroom with a true king-size bed on the forward bulkhead and a separate seating area aft. The rear screen projection 62" TV system rolls down in front of the aft bulkhead whenever the owner wishes to tune in to some A/V entertainment. Counters are custom onyx and, once again panoramic oversize windows on three sides allow for tremendous light and almost unlimited exterior vistas. The aft bulkhead of the stateroom consists of a watertight door leading to the private owner's balcony appointed with a small table and chairs. Also located in this area is a 15' Nautica RIB waiting to be deployed for a quick run to the beach or trip to the snorkeling reef.
Galley
The GALLEY is located aft of the dining area port side. It contains all new equipment, including stand-up refrigerator and freezers, electric stove, microwave. There is new woodwork and granite counter tops.

VIP Stateroom
Forward of the salon area is the VIP STATEROOM. This stateroom contains a double size bed, hanging locker, an entertainment center,head with sink and shower. An emergency escape hatch is located overhead in this cabin. The hatch leads to the foredeck area of the pilothouse deck. All surfaces have been newly installed and finished.
Pilothouse
Accessed from (2) wing doors and the companionway up from the salon, the PILOTHOUSE contains all navigational equipment and electronics and provides acccess to the owner's stateroom, which is aft of the pilothouse on the pilothouse deck.
Master Stateroom
The MASTER STATEROOM contains office space, hanging lockers, a head with sink, and shower, a double bed, lounge area and entertainment center. All surfaces are newly installed and finished.
Crew Quarters
The CREW'S QUARTERS are located on the lower deck and can be accessed from a watertight door in the machinery space starboard side and from a companionway leading down from the salon area. Forward within the crew's quarters is the CAPTAIN'S CABIN. This cabin contains a double berth, hanging locker, office desk and head with sink and shower. All surfaces and equipment in this cabin are newly installed and in excellent condition. The Crew's Cabin is on the port side aft and contains four (4) sleeping berths with its own flat screen TV,hanging locker and cabinetry. A separate crew head contains a sink, shower, and head. All equipment in this area is newly installed. The LAUNDRY AREA is to starboard and aft in the crew's space and contains a 208V A.C. hot water heater,two (2) Bosch Axxis washers and two (2) Bosch Axxis dryers all new. A small galley/lounge completes the crew accomodations.

Safety Features
The engine and machinery room are both protected by built-in independent fire extinguishers. These two systems are newly installed and freshly certified. Handheld fire extinguishers are mounted throughout the vessel and all under current certification.
A 208V AC 3-phase pump is located in the engine room. This pump services fire stanchions on the main and foredeck areas to provide water for fire fighting.
A complete new Coast Guard safety package is currently onboard vessel.
