THAT'S IT is a 1999 Cruisers Yachts 3870 Esprit acquired four years ago by a retired member of the Canadian military. With his extensive mechanical skills, knowledge and tools the owner set out to acquire a cruising yacht in need of a lot of love. The goal was to refresh and upgrade the boat so he could safely cruise the south Florida, the islands and beyond allowing him to enjoy the good life. Over $40,000 in parts and services (most labor performed by the owner) was invested to make the boat what it is today.
Unfortunately recent medical issues forced the owner to reassess his boating plans coming to the conclusion it is time for him to let the boat go.
THAT'S IT is new to the market and ready for a knowledgeable boater to take the helm. From a practical point of view the boat is ready to cruise. A recent (12/2019) buyers survey is available.

The Cruisers Yachts 3870 Esprit offers an innovative interior with a floorplan that includes a midstateroom with a standup dressing area, built-in TV, and private head with shower.
The wide-open salon includes a convertible sofa/dinette and full-service galley with all the amenities. A draw curtain separates the forward island berth from the main cabin, while a bulkhead door ensures privacy in the aft stateroom. Notably, the main head contains a separate stall shower.
Topside accommodations include an L-shaped lounge opposite the helm, a U-shaped seating area aft and a built-in wet bar to port. A hatch in the cockpit sole provides access to the engine compartment and the swim platform is designed to support a personal watercraft.
