Built and designed by Hutchins Corporation in Clearwater Florida, the Com Pac 25 is a trailerable boat with a lot of volume not found on many other 25-footers. At 8.5' she can be towed without a permit. She has accommodations for 5 with standing headroom, L-shaped galley and a privately enclosed head. She has the typical Com-Pac finish on the deck with bronze opening ports and hardware of both bronze and stainless steel. Below decks she is rich with teak and bronze fittings. There is a bi-fold table that stows on the bulkhead when not in use and one leaf lowers for uninhibited access to the forward double berth cabin, separated by the main bulkhead of teak. There's a galley unit with SS sink starboard of the companionway with drawers underneath as well as a shelf. The head has a molded in fiberglass vanity with sink and mirror and storage beneath. Her helm is nimble and responsive with an inboard spade rudder. Her rig is a masthead sloop with a sail plan that is moderate and easy to handle. She's what you expect from a Com Pac from stern to stem, which means teak interiors, solid uncompromised construction, traditional look and feel, stable and easily sailed. The owner is looking to buy a larger boat. It's had 3 owners, and the previous owner has had her for 10 years and is currently used until sold. Headroom 5'10".
