Additional Information
AccommodationsOriginally equipped with "crew quarters" forward consisting of bunkroom, head with shower and galley with convertible dinette in the forepeak, that space has now been tastefully incorporated into the main vessel, opening up the main salon, dinette and galley. The main salon is in the center of the vessel and includes a custom L-shaped settee, cushions and decor. When exiting the salon aft, you can either go up to the helm and aft deck or down to the sleeping quarters. As you move down to the sleeping area you will find the VIP guest stateroom to port and the guest head to starboard. If you truly have a crowd aboard you will find a settee across from the VIP guest which converts to a pullman berth. All the way aft is the captain's quarters with ensuite head and shower. Abundant storage is found throughout the sleeping accommodations. The helm and aft deck combined create 268 square feet of lounging area. A hard top extends all the way to the aft (this is a rare factory option) and can either be enclosed with Isinglass windows or opened up to allow the breeze to flow through. Once cruising is done for the day, the custom bar hidden in the back of the helm station can be opened up and you will find sink, icemaker, glasses. With drinks served you can lounge in the custom mahogany furniture.  Electronics and Navigation Furuno FM-3000 VHF Furuno GPS-chartplotter-sounder ACR Nauticast Class B AIS Transponder Furuno Navpilot-500 Autopilot Furuno 36-mile marine radar with open array Custom foldable radar mount & mast/radio antennas  (2) VHF radios in custom enclosures (Standard Horizon Quantum GX2360S + SH Quest) Bilge pump control center Tank watch black water monitor pump and control center Tank master macerator  12v battery display (helm) Bennett electric trim tabs Hydraulic steering Entertainment Center 32" Vizio HD flat screen (2021) 5-Channel Surround Sound with hidden subwoofer in custom mahogany enclosures - main salon - "Boston Acoustics" (2018) Panasonic Blu-Ray ultra-HD disc player (DP-UB8210) (2021) Onkyo AV receiver - TX-NR696 (2021) Galley 17CU FT Frigidaire with top freezer 3-burner TRU induction cooktop GE Profile microwave/convection oven Oversized SS sink with Delta hand spray faucet Custom Corian countertops Teak and holly flooring Electrical Northern Lights 13KW generator (782 hours) 12-Volt DC Blue Seas panel & helm remote read 120v AC panel in main salon 32v AC panel in main salon (3) Guest Rotary switches 32v Newmar charger Phase Three Charger Model: PT-32-25 2-8D cranking batteries - 2 sets of 8D cranking batteries (4-8v in parallel for 32v) 4-6D house batteries (NEW September 2025) 1-Group 27 generator cranking battery Inverter 12v to 120v - Heart Freedom Combi Custom Exalto 12v windshield wipers in custom mahogany enclosures (3) Xantrex Link 1000 battery monitor (main salon) Deck and Hull Hull material - mahogany Rocna 65lb. anchor with 350ft 5/8" galvanized chain & spare anchor & emergency custom handle Custom chrome electric windlass and anchor pulpit 14 Life preservers 7-Type ABC-1 2.5lbs dry chemical fire extinguishers Fireboy halon fire system in engine room 12-gauge day/night visual distress signals 12VDC hailer Navigational lights "NO OIL DISCHARGE" placard "TRASH DISPOSAL" placard "WASTE MANAGEMENT" plan 12VDC Atwood electric blower in engine compartment.
