EMPRESS II is a fresh water boat located on Lake Lanier in Georgia and kept under cover. She has a custom centerlline queen berth aft instead of the standard twin berths, full air conditioning and generator, along with some custom features that set her above many other CC Commmanders of this period. She has been owned by her current owners for 15 years and contains many classic nautical items that have been collected over the years, making her truely  a special boat.

 Engines have just been rebuilt with only 10 hours at this point and maintenance has been top notch. She is a wonderful vessel ready for new nautical adventures. . . and is highly recocmmended
