In 1972 Sunshine Special was brought to Seattle, given her yellow stripe and name and has been lovingly cared for ever since. Her Anacortes covered slip is transferable with ownership approval. The combination of slip and a comfortable cruiser at the doorway to the San Jaun Islands is a hard combination to beat!
Sunshine Special has kept a Mid Century Modern feel throughout. Forward cabin contains a roomy v-berth and hanging locker just aft and to port is the guest head with vacuflush toilet. The main salon contains table, settee, galley and chairs for comfortable lounging. The settee converts to a double bed. Aft is the owner's cabin with twin beds and head with vacuflush toilet and separate shower.
