Originally from Lake Erie & Always in fresh water and always stored out of sun and weather in a cover Marina.

Hull and superstructure are of course mahogany and in excellent condition. Decks are teak and freshly protected with Sickens. Interior recently redone in 1950s style all in albony white, new carpets, new seats, new lighting, new beds, new microwave, new sound system.

Main salon includes a full wet bar with sink and ice maker. Recovered hide-a-bed in salon sleeps two. Salon has custom silhouette blinds. 

She has three bilge pumps, forward middle and aft.

Also included is a custom made 10 foot lap strake dingy of West System construction. This is hung on davits and has a 2.5 HP Nisan outboard.
