Sleeps 5-6. Master stateroom forward with hanging locker, double V-berth, overhead hatch, shelves and reading lights. Head to port with hot/cold pressure water, shower, S/S sink, toilet, vanity and storage. Gray water sump pump in sole. Opposite head is large hanging locker and shelf. Next aft is main salon with large U-shaped dinette facing 9" color TV powered by inverter. Opposite convertible dinette is settee/berth. Next aft is nav station with chart table, custom-mounted radio, GPS and electrical panel; galley opposite; double quarter berth aft. Interior shows as new. Upholstery is a beautiful blue which enhances well-maintained teak cabinetry. Curtains have been replaced.
Galley Equipment
Galley set-up is very functional at dockside or underway with ample counter space and stowage. Refrigeration, 2-burner propane stove/oven, microwave, double S/S sink, hot-cold pressure water and manual salt water pump (water tank has been replaced). Water heater.

Shore power cord. 20-amp battery charger that charges 2 battery banks with a total of 4 group 27 batteries. Also a 70-amp battery combiner that makes efficient use; of the Prowatt 800 Inverter. Balmar high-output alternator and ARS regulator system. Cabin has numerous 120V outlets and ample 12V lighting.
Sails and Rigging
Manual backstay adjuster. Whisker pole.Two self-tailing winches (o1d ones still good but stored in a box in bow). Sails include main and #1 genoa with Shaffer 1000 roller furling. Mid-boom traveler and control lines, boom vang and manual adjustable backstay.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Transom boarding ladder; 2 anchors with ample chain and rode; binnacle; teak cockpit table; stanchions and lifelines; Coast Guard safety package; cockpit awning; docking lights and navigation lights; fenders and lines; life jackets; perch seats with pads.

Wheel steering; manual marine head with holding tank, macerator and deck pump-out; automatic bilge pump; Racor fuel filter and fresh water cooling system.

She has had constant care since new. She is in excellent condition; and is extremely well-equipped. She is one of the nicest 30's on the brokerage market today. Dinghy, outboard, personal effects are not included in the sale of the boat.
