36' Catalina 36 MK II '95 "Cockney Rebel II"
This Catalina 36, COCKNEY REBEL II, has been constantly upgraded and meticulously maintained by the current owners since they bought her in 2005. Recent significant examples are: new refrigeration, main and jib (2013), cockpit cushions (2015), Kato davits (2015), AIMS inverter/charger (2018), new upholstery (2019), engine hoses, exhaust, house batteries (2019), plumbing fixtures (2020), all new canvas (2022), starting battery (2023), bottom paint including two coats of epoxy barrier coat (8/2024). She is set up perfectly for coastal cruising and/or liveaboard.
V-berth forward followed by the enclosed head with shower to port and a hanging locker, drawers and an entertainment center to starboard.
Aft of the mast is the salon featuring an L-shaped settee with dinette/coffee table to port, two seats and a game table to starboard and ample storage on both sides.
A very functional U-shaped galley is to port of the companionway steps and the navigation station with entrance to the aft cabin is to starboard. The aft cabin features a large king-size athwartships berth and a hanging locker.
The interior is beautifully appointed and has LED lighting throughout.
