The Catalina 36 was introduced in 1982, with production in Southern California. Through many changes and upgrades the MkII hit the market in 1994 with her production year ending in 2006. Approx 2304 Catalina 36 have been built over the 23 yrs. The Catalina 36 is a very well-known and much loved model. The Catalina 36 has a great deal to offer the single handed sailor or family. Great "U" shaped galley to port of the companionway with ample storage. Adjacent to starboard is a full IN LINE Nav Station . Access to the aft private stateroom with a double athwartship berth. Large "U" shape dining main salon to port midship, and a solon table that lowers to convert the area to a double berth. Adjacent to starboard is a long settee with a table that pops up between to two seats. Forward is a double V-berth with ample storage, cedar lined hanging locker and drawers. Just aft of V berth and to port is a full "wet" head with dual access fromt he fwd stateroom or the salon.
