This is one of the finest examples of the very popular Catalina 36 that I've ever seen. Current owner bought her 3 years ago and put a lot of money and love into her and it shows. Receipts on board are at least an inch thick. Alas, life has gone in a different direction for him and he wants this boat gone ASAP.

She is extremely clean and well maintained. None of the common boat odors will be found here.

ALL equipment/tools/etc are included in the sale EXCEPT the hanging lantern and the vase. TOO MANY ITEMS TO LIST!!

Cons

Older Systems: As a 1991 model, some onboard systems like electrical wiring, plumbing, and engine components may require updating or upgrading.

Limited Storage: Although the interior is spacious, some owners find storage space somewhat limited for extended cruising gear.

Outdated Interior Styling: The interior décor and fittings reflect the early ‘90s design trends, which may feel dated to some buyers without refurbishment.
