Aptly named "Hotel Catalina," this 1988 Catalina 36 sailboat offers lots of li, ing space for its size, including a great main salon layout, galley, nav station, aft berth, and v-berth. Climbing aboard, you are greeted by beautifully varnished wooden gangway covers. With sails down, she is powered by a 23HP 3-cylinder Universal/Westerbeke diesel engine. She has a custom transom swim platform, upgraded alternator, 4 Lithium batteries, relectric windlass with a solid anchoring package, a sturdy keel stepped mast and new standing riggins. At this offering she includes includes an Achilles inflatable dinghy with Yamaha 6HP four-stroke outboard. The dinghy is rated for up to 15 HP, and accommodates up to four persons.
The current owner has owned this vessel for 10 years and has upgraded and maintained her during that time. The Standing rigging was replaced earlier this year in February 2026. The engine oil, filters and transmission fluid were also changed earlier this year. 1327 Engine hours on the engine.
